Thursday June 3 - Drawing Class at ArtServe


INK
Bring any ink you have to play with.
Brushes for ink (never to grace paint again!)
sticks, q tips, anything to manipulate the ink
I will share my supplies.

Paper suggestions:
Bristol
Hot pressed WC paper
Cold pressed WC paper (this is rough)
Experiment with color: WC or pastels or paint.

We will be building textures with varied line qualities.
Experiments with value through washes.

Nerdrum uses only four colors but he premixes the palette and tubes the colors he uses in his paintings. Curiously, he mixes blue from mars black and titanium white.
